- Getting Started
- Chic Prom will begin accepting Prom dresses on Oct. 1
- Chic Prom is open Jan - May
- Chic Prom will determine the price of Prom Formals to become consigned-we base prices on supply and demand. We will take into advisement the original price of the gown. We WILL get the best possible price!
- Once consigned, your consigned Prom dress must stay at Chic Prom, LLC until sold or the last day that Chic Prom is open which will be Sunday, April 29th, 2012.
- You will receive 50% of the selling price. Please be aware that Chic Prom, LLC has all rights to sales, coupons or discounts when selling your items.
- A $10 stocking fee per dress consigned will be due at the time of consignment and can be payable in check or cash only.
- Your item(s) will be displayed and marketed during Chic Prom, LLC entire season.
- Chic Prom does not assume any liability for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Gown pick up will be during the week of April 30th thru May 5th during Chic to Chic, LLC’s store hours! If you do not pick up your gown(s) by 4pm on May 6th they become sole property of Chic Prom, LLC.
- Consignor payouts can be used as store credit at Chic Prom LLC, Chic to Chic, LLC or in cash/check.
To consign your items, please print the contract and bring your garment in.
